Former contestant on Season 16 of Fox’s hit show Hell’s Kitchen, Chef Shaina Kitchener, who hails from Long Island, NY, has been hired as Executive Chef for the Lake House at Poconos Park.

Chef Shaina has years of experience in the culinary and catering industry, including being the Executive Chef of Mad Apples.
